Dora is the founder of Game Tree, a company that offers Soft Skills Training and Development services to businesses and organizations, utilizing experiential games and interactive learning techniques.

During her career, starting in 2004, she has worked as a Trainer and a Learning Consultant in large organizations and in Game Tree, being the soft skills expert for thousands of employees, and completing corresponding training hours.

She has designed and developed complex training programs, receiving honorary distinctions for her action.

Dora holds a Bachelor in Business Economics and a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management (Athens University of Economics and Business). She is Kirkpatrick Certified Professional®, a member of the Hellenic Adult Education Association and a Certified Adult Trainer by EOPPEP. She has received a Diploma in Positivity Coaching (Personal & Executive) certified by ICF and a professional accreditation in Experiential Learning by the Institute for Experiential Learning. Her writing work includes the chapter “Shaping the framework in Coaching” of the collective volume Coaching Guide, plus numerous articles about soft skills in the workplace.

Her voluntary work includes being a Mentor for Women On Top.
