Project Description

On-site Leadership Skills Development training program in a technology company, aiming to prepare the leadership team for the scale up phase that would come in a few months. Prior to the implementation of the program, an extensive training needs analysis was performed, including personal interviews and questionnaires. A tailor-made program with experiential games and interactive exercises was implemented, focusing on agility. In addition, the participants completed individual assignments, and everyone received feedback and personalized advice.

Evaluation:The anonymous evaluation by the participants received a numerical score of 4.8 / 5.0. The written comments that accompanied the evaluation focused on the successful customization, the positive effect of the experiential games and the encouragement from the Trainers for critical thinking that led to deep learning.
Highlight:The company gained a new sense of what can be achieved on a collective level, thanks to good communication and cooperation. At the same time, the program managed in a very short time, not only to offer all the necessary tools needed by the modern leader, but also to help the participants apply them immediately.
