We apply a holistic approach to our training interventions.

Our work starts from the very first communication with the client and finishes – not when the training is over – but after we have contributed to the reinforcement of the new behaviors. At the same time, we monitor performance indicators of the services we provide.

The three stages of our model are:

We analyze the training needs of the client, following the scientific approach that is appropriate for this purpose (e-questionnaires, focus groups, interviews, observation at work, etc.).

2 | Training (design, development, delivery)

Reflective assignments

The classroom training sessions, virtual sessions, learning toolkits (manuals, guides, job aids, infographics, videos) and learning enhancement actions (assignments, coaching sessions, peer learning sessions, peer coaching sessions) that we design and implement are in line with the principles of Adult Education and the Experiential Learning approach.

We apply actions that reinforce learning (peer learning, peer coaching, diaries, logs, follow-up checklists, e-questionnaires, follow-up meetings with company executives and trainees) and provide a written report on the project.
