More specifically, we use the Kolb theoretical model (Kolb Experiential Cycle) to help our trainees reflect on their experiences, learn from them and make decisions that will help them have more functional behaviors in the future.
At the same time, we encance Autonomous Learning, as well as, Collaborative Learning. In other words, we empower our learners to take responsibility for their development, and at the same time, we help them utilize group dynamics and build positive interdependence.
We utilize training games either in addition to other learning techniques or by conducting seminars that rely exclusively on them. The noticeable difference of Game Tree is that we do not just play the games, but go through the whole Learning Cycle, in order to help the trainees acquire the appropriate knowledge.
Our games have been developed by specialized American, German and English companies worldwide, by Universities, and also by our team of Expert Trainers. They are carefully customized in order to fit the needs of each customer.
